Sailing Event Itinerary
A suggested half day intinerary for your event with us:
- Meet at the entrance to Dun Laoghaire Marina
- Lifejacket briefing inside marina entrance
- Safety briefing on board
- Slip the lines and leave the dock
- Motor out into Dun Laoghaire Harbour where we hoist the sails
- Sail through the harbour mouth and head south along the coastline
- Take in all the sights, passing the Forty Foot, Bulloch Harbour and Dalkey Island
- Sail into Killiney Bay and round Dalkey Island
- Take in the sights of the Sugarloaf, Bray Head and Wicklow Mountains
- Begin the return journey to Dun Laoghaire Harbour
- Sail past the Muglins
- On returning to the harbour, lower the sails and prepare the yacht to return to the dock
A half day lasts roughly 3 hours from start to finish and can be run at a time that suits you.
